CCS Extension - my.CyberSafe

The my.CyberSafe extension project is an awareness and capacity-building initiative that responds to the growing risks of cyberattacks brought about by rapid technological advancements and limited cybersecurity education. Through seminars, trainings, and workshops, the project promotes cybersecurity awareness and best practices tailored for diverse beneficiaries, including cooperatives, students, and employees. Core topics include cyber threats, data privacy, responsible online behavior, and relevant laws and regulations. By equipping individuals and organizations with practical knowledge, the project fosters a culture of cyber resilience, empowering communities to protect their digital systems, networks, and personal information against evolving cyber risks.

CCS promotes digital literacy and cyber security awareness among high school students

In a proactive effort to enhance digital literacy and cybersecurity awareness, the College of Computer Studies (CCS), in partnership with MSU-IIT Coop Academy, successfully conducted the activity "Think Before You Click: Cyber Security Awareness" on February 26, 2025, at MSU-IIT Coop Academy under the extension project my.CyberSafe: Bridging Cyber Security and Education.
